Mindfulness and Loving-kindness Based Stress Reduction (MLBSR)
We are offering two courses running for eight weeks each. The first is an Introduction to Mindfulness based stress reduction therapy. The second course is an Introduction to Buddhism and Buddhist meditation.
The first course will run from 29th September-17th November 2006 at the following times:
Every Friday at 3.00 - 4.00 pm Group 01
5.00 -6.00 pm Group 02
The Introduction to Buddhism and Buddhist meditation will run from 01st December and is specially designed for people who have completed the first eight weeks of the course. On completion of the course participants will be invited to a special Certification event on Friday 27th November at 7.00pm in Woodside Hall.
