Mindfulness Taster sessions
These sessions are an introduction to
Mindfulness Stress Reduction 8 week course. You will experience some of the skills
/practices of the MBSR Course. (Body Scan, Yoga, mindfulness of breathing and discussions)
If you are intending to do a Course in September this would be your orientation
session for the course. There is no fee for the orientation session.
