Tuesday and Friday mindfulness classes - back on!

Our regular Tuesday mindfulness practice group and Friday Vispassana groups are now back on.

Classes continue at 7pm to 8pm - bring a friend!

For the Tuesday group - those who have completed the 8 week MBSR course - are very welcome.

Friday Meditation Class


The Friday Meditation (Vipassana) group meetings will resume on Fri. 25th February at 7 pm. All are welcome to attend.
