MBSR Courses In Glasgow

MBSR courses in Glasgow will be held at 1 Caldercuilt Road, Maryhill Park, Maryhill G20 0AD.

Meditation cushions or chairs and refreshments will also be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes. You may wish to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket for the lying down exercises, but this is not essential.

  • Monday 10 September- 5 November: 14.00-16.00 Eight-week course. (Please note there will be no classes on 8 October) One day retreat: 10.00-15.00: Date TBC

2012 MBSR Course 3 (Evening)

Secular Mindfulness Meditation at the University of Glasgow


Venerable Rewatha Thera, The Buddhist Chaplain to the University of Glasgow
will continue the Secular Mindfulness Meditation sessions on
3rd and 10th November 2010 at the Interfaith Room in University of Glasgow Chaplaincy.

The Secular Meditation sessions, which will focus mainly on breathing
techniques, will be from 10am - 11am.

All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

Venerable Rewatha Thera will conduct Buddhist Prayers from 9.15am to 9.45am, before beginning the Secular Meditation sessions, for all those who would like to participate.
